Ses Figueretes is a suburb in Ibiza town but also a beach that, thanks to its promenade, you can walk from Ibiza town, even access Dalt Vila’s walls, until Playa d’en Bossa, one of Ibiza’s longest beaches and the nearest to Ibiza town (for more information check our Playa d’en Bossa section).

Figueretes, ibicenco name which refers to the fact that until the XX century there were many fig trees in the area, is full of bars, hotels and restaurants and in summer there’s a night hippy market on the part of the promenade, closest to the town

During August you can enjoy Ses Figueretes Festivities, their fireworks are considered one of the best on the island. The fireworks are launched from the small island infront of the promenade, the ‘Rat’s Island’.

For accommodation in this area you have Ryans Ibiza Apartments or Hotel Es Vivé Ibiza.
